【Abstract】Objective： To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of high-dose betaloc in the treatment of Keshan disease. Methods： From January 2022 to April 2023， 50 patients with Keshan disease were treated with a random number table. The conventional group was treated with sacubarta and valsartan， while the observation group was treated with high-dose betaloc.
