【摘要】目的：研究分析，在針對重癥狼瘡性腎炎患者進(jìn)行治療時選擇Roy適應(yīng)護(hù)理的效果。方法：本次研究實(shí)驗(yàn)時間段設(shè)置為2019年4月—2022年5月，錄入60名患者進(jìn)行分組，分為對照組（n=30）與實(shí)驗(yàn)組（n=30），對照組患者選擇常規(guī)護(hù)理，實(shí)驗(yàn)組應(yīng)用Roy適應(yīng)護(hù)理，護(hù)理后評價護(hù)理質(zhì)量。結(jié)果：本次實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者護(hù)理質(zhì)量明顯優(yōu)于對照組，組間差異顯著（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study and analyze the effect of Roy adaptive care in the treatment of patients with severe lupus nephritis. Methods：The experimental period of this study was set from April 2019 to May 2022. Sixty patients were enrolled and divided into a control group （n=30） and an experimental group （n=30）. Patients in the control group chose routine nursing， while the experimental group applied Roy adaptive nursing， and the nursing quality was evaluated after nursing.
