【摘要】目的：分析優(yōu)化胸痛中心護(hù)理質(zhì)量對急診心肌梗死患者的救治效果。方法：研究中的對象均為我院急診2021年1月—2022年8月收治，共254例患者，采用隨機(jī)方式將患者劃分為對照組和觀察組，分別采用常規(guī)方式以及優(yōu)化胸痛中心護(hù)理質(zhì)量方式進(jìn)行護(hù)理，分析不同護(hù)理方式對心肌梗死患者的救治效果。結(jié)果：護(hù)理后，觀察組患者LVEF低于對照組，LVESD、GLS、TLS及LVEDD均高于對照組，觀察組患者的恐動癥評分低于對照組（P
