【摘要】目的：探究動(dòng)脈導(dǎo)管未閉的極低出生體重兒應(yīng)用經(jīng)口鼻飼布洛芬治療期間實(shí)施臨床護(hù)理干預(yù)的效果。方法：將69例動(dòng)脈導(dǎo)管未閉的極低出生體重兒分為對(duì)照組（n=34）與實(shí)驗(yàn)組（n=35），對(duì)比分析兩組治療效果、用藥知識(shí)掌握情況、不良反應(yīng)、住院時(shí)間以及護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果：實(shí)驗(yàn)組治療總有效率與對(duì)照組相比無明顯差異（P>0.05）；護(hù)理后，實(shí)驗(yàn)組對(duì)于藥物治療作用、不良反應(yīng)、配合要點(diǎn)以及疾病相關(guān)知識(shí)方面的評(píng)分、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率、住院時(shí)間及護(hù)理滿意度均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P

Clinical nursing analysis of oral and nasal feeding of ibuprofen in the treatment of patent ductus arteriosus in very low birth weight infants

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of clinical nursing intervention during oral nasal feeding of ibuprofen in the treatment of very low birth weight infants with patent ductus arteriosus.Methods：69 cases of very low birth weight infants with patent ductus arteriosus were divided into the control group （n=34） and the experimental group （n=35）.The treatment effect，drug knowledge，adverse reactions，hospital stay and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results： There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the experimental group and the control group （P>0.05）；After nursing，the scores in terms of drug treatment effect，adverse reactions，key points of cooperation and disease-related knowledge，the incidence of adverse reactions，hospital stay and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were better than those of the control group （P
