【摘要】目的：探究經(jīng)尿道輸尿管軟鏡鈥激光碎石取石治療腎結(jié)石的臨床應(yīng)用有效性。方法：選取在我院就診的腎結(jié)石患者100例，隨機(jī)均分為對照組和觀察組，對照組進(jìn)行經(jīng)皮腎鏡碎石取石術(shù)治療，觀察組進(jìn)行經(jīng)尿道輸尿管軟鏡鈥激光碎石取石治療。統(tǒng)計兩組患者的手術(shù)指標(biāo)、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率及生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果：觀察組患者的手術(shù)指標(biāo)、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率及治療后生活質(zhì)量均優(yōu)于對照組（P
