孕期營養(yǎng)指導(dǎo)在圍產(chǎn)期婦幼保健工作中的臨床效果分析

【摘要】目的：探究孕期營養(yǎng)指導(dǎo)對(duì)圍產(chǎn)期孕產(chǎn)婦的影響成效。方法：隨機(jī)選取2019年12月—2021年12月來我院就診的300例孕產(chǎn)婦分為兩組，試驗(yàn)組150例采用孕期營養(yǎng)指導(dǎo)法（采用相應(yīng)的孕期營養(yǎng)指導(dǎo)措施），對(duì)照組150例采用常規(guī)指導(dǎo)法（采用常規(guī)指導(dǎo)干預(yù)措施）。結(jié)果：與對(duì)照組相比，試驗(yàn)組產(chǎn)婦有著明顯較高的指導(dǎo)成效（P

在圍產(chǎn)期保證孕婦營養(yǎng)良好且均衡，對(duì)于胎兒順利分娩有非常大的幫助，同時(shí)，胎兒出生以后的健康狀況也能得到相應(yīng)的保障，因此，在圍產(chǎn)期，務(wù)必要保證孕婦營養(yǎng)良好且均衡，良好的營養(yǎng)狀況既可以讓胎兒宮內(nèi)發(fā)育遲緩得以緩解，又可以避免營養(yǎng)失衡，為順利分娩做好相應(yīng)的準(zhǔn)備[1]。（剩余4318字）
