【摘要】目的：探討在我院體檢中心開展程序化護(hù)理模式對護(hù)理質(zhì)量和滿意度的影響。方法：以我院體檢中心接待的200例健康體檢者為研究對象，隨機(jī)分為對照組與觀察組，各100例，分別給予常規(guī)體檢護(hù)理服務(wù)與程序化護(hù)理模式，對比兩組護(hù)理質(zhì)量與滿意度。結(jié)果：對照組與觀察組護(hù)理服務(wù)失誤率分別為9.00%與1.00%，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P
