【摘要】目的：分析對(duì)自然分娩產(chǎn)婦施以產(chǎn)后盆底康復(fù)治療對(duì)并發(fā)癥和盆底肌力的影響。方法：分析對(duì)象選擇于2021年6月—2022年6月就診于我院的自然分娩產(chǎn)婦70例，隨機(jī)方式施以分組分析，施以常規(guī)盆底訓(xùn)練的35例產(chǎn)婦分入對(duì)照組，施以產(chǎn)后盆底康復(fù)治療的35例產(chǎn)婦分入試驗(yàn)組，對(duì)比和分析治療效果。結(jié)果：與對(duì)照組對(duì)比，并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率試驗(yàn)組明顯較好（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation on the complications and pelvic floor muscle strength of spontaneous parturient women. 分娩作為女性正常生理過(guò)程，自然分娩是最為常用的分娩方式，對(duì)母嬰均有利，但是自然分娩產(chǎn)婦在產(chǎn)后極易發(fā)生盆底肌肉神經(jīng)受損，導(dǎo)致功能障礙，造成陰道壁膨出、子宮脫垂、陰道壁松弛、陰道口不閉合等，對(duì)產(chǎn)婦身體恢復(fù)不利[1]。（剩余4546字）
