【摘要】目的：調(diào)查老年人對(duì)于社區(qū)規(guī)范化護(hù)理服務(wù)開展效果的滿意度，分析相關(guān)影響因素。方法：調(diào)查1308名社區(qū)老年人對(duì)于社區(qū)規(guī)范化護(hù)理服務(wù)的滿意程度，從多個(gè)方面分析老年人對(duì)護(hù)理服務(wù)不滿意的原因和影響因素。結(jié)果：社區(qū)老年人總體滿意度為83.87%。滿意度優(yōu)良的老年人中，受教育程度高、對(duì)社區(qū)護(hù)理的了解程度良好、對(duì)常見疾病的認(rèn)知程度良好以及接受過(guò)健康教育的老年人比例高于滿意度差的老年人（P
