【摘要】目的：研究責(zé)任制整體護理在老年重癥肺炎護理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取本院重癥醫(yī)學(xué)科于2021年1月—2022年3月收治的老年重癥肺炎患者60例，按照隨機數(shù)字表方法分為對照組（30例）和觀察組（30例），對照組老年重癥肺炎患者采用常規(guī)護理，觀察組老年重癥肺炎患者采用責(zé)任制整體護理。結(jié)果：兩組老年重癥肺炎患者臨床癥狀和住院指標(biāo)、臨床治療效果、肺功能水平、不良事件情況對比結(jié)果差異顯著（P

【Abstract】Objective： To study the application effect of responsibility system holistic nursing in elderly patients with severe pneumonia.
