【摘要】目的：探討康復(fù)理療在老年骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者中應(yīng)用的臨床效果。方法：隨機(jī)抽取我院96例（2019年1月—2020年12月期間）老年骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者開展研究，均給與康復(fù)理療。然后觀察患者的治療效果，對(duì)比治療前后患者的疼痛評(píng)分、關(guān)節(jié)功能、生存質(zhì)量。結(jié)果：治療后，治療有效率為98.95%，治療后患者的疼痛評(píng)分低于治療前，治療后患者的關(guān)節(jié)功能優(yōu)于治療前，治療后患者的生存質(zhì)量高于治療前，差異顯著（P

骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎是一種常見的關(guān)節(jié)疾病，主要以關(guān)節(jié)軟骨損害為主，逐漸累及整個(gè)關(guān)節(jié)組織[1]，早期患者可出現(xiàn)關(guān)節(jié)酸脹，且癥狀較輕微，在疾病中期，患者可出現(xiàn)疼痛，且在體位發(fā)生變化時(shí)，可出現(xiàn)關(guān)節(jié)僵硬，并伴有跛行，而當(dāng)發(fā)展至后期，患者可出現(xiàn)持續(xù)性疼痛，并伴有關(guān)節(jié)腫脹、關(guān)節(jié)畸形等[2]。（剩余3092字）
