奧美拉唑治療慢性胃炎伴反流性食管炎的臨床效果觀察

【摘 要】目的：對慢性胃炎伴反流性食管炎患者實(shí)施奧美拉唑治療的效果分析。方法：選取2018年1月至2021年7月在本院治療慢性胃炎及反流性食管炎的患者78例。依據(jù)治療方式不同劃分兩組，每組病例均為39例。對照組以常規(guī)治療+莫沙必利治療為主；實(shí)驗(yàn)組以常規(guī)治療+奧美拉唑治療為主。對比治療效果。結(jié)果：實(shí)驗(yàn)組治療后的有效率、癥狀消失時(shí)間、心理狀態(tài)及生活質(zhì)量均優(yōu)于對照組，且對比結(jié)果差異存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effect of omeprazole in the treatment of chronic gastritis with reflux esophagitis.Methods： 78 patients with chronic gastritis and reflux esophagitis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2021 were selected.
