急性白血病患兒感染炎癥因子、凝血指標(biāo)、血小板參數(shù)結(jié)果分析

【摘 要】目的：研究急性白血?。ˋL）感染患兒炎癥因子、凝血指標(biāo)及血小板參數(shù)檢測(cè)的效果。方法：數(shù)據(jù)遴選我院2020年1月至2021年5月收治的80例AL患兒，根據(jù)“是否感染”分感染組（感染，n=30），參照組（未感染，n=50），對(duì)其炎癥因子、凝血指標(biāo)及血小板參數(shù)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，兩組檢測(cè)結(jié)果比較。結(jié)果：與參照組比較，感染組CRP、PT、APTT及FIB指標(biāo)更高，PLT指標(biāo)更低，MPV、PDW及P-LCR指標(biāo)更高，具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective： To study the effect of inflammatory factors， coagulation indexes and platelet parameters in children with acute leukemia （AL） infection. Methods： 80 children with AL treated in our hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected. They were divided into infection group （infection， n=30） and reference group （uninfected， n=50） according to "infection or not". The inflammatory factors， coagulation indexes and platelet parameters were detected. The results of the two groups were compared. Results： Compared with the reference group， the indexes of CRP， PT， APTT and FIB in the infection group were higher，the indexes of PLT in the infection group were lower， the indexes of MPV， PDW and P-LCR in the infection group were higher（P

臨床較常見血液系統(tǒng)病癥為急性白血?。ˋL），患病時(shí)骨髓中幼稚細(xì)胞、原始細(xì)胞大量增殖、對(duì)正常造血產(chǎn)生抑制，廣泛浸潤淋巴結(jié)、肝臟等器官，導(dǎo)致患兒呈高熱、貧血、骨關(guān)節(jié)疼痛及淋巴結(jié)腫大等表現(xiàn)，分析病因尚未明，可能與遺傳、病毒及電離輻射等因素有關(guān)，患病后若未及時(shí)提供對(duì)癥治療，則危及生命。（剩余2520字）
