【摘 要】目的：觀察細(xì)節(jié)化護(hù)理管理在老年胃癌手術(shù)患者圍術(shù)期中的臨床效果。方法：選取我院老年胃癌手術(shù)患者70例分為細(xì)節(jié)組和對(duì)比組并分別行細(xì)節(jié)化護(hù)理管理和傳統(tǒng)護(hù)理管理，對(duì)比兩組患者的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)情況。結(jié)果：細(xì)節(jié)組患者焦慮評(píng)分、抑郁評(píng)分、生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分及護(hù)理滿意率高于對(duì)比組，細(xì)節(jié)組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對(duì)比組。組間對(duì)比差異具統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective： To observe the clinical effect of detailed nursing management in perioperative period of elderly patients with gastric cancer.
