【摘 要】目的：分析2型糖尿病合并亞臨床甲狀腺功能減退癥（簡稱亞臨床甲減）臨床表現及其影響因素。方法：選2019年10月至2020年10月30例2型糖尿病合并亞臨床甲減患者作為觀察組，再選取同期我院30例單純2型糖尿病患者設為對照組。分析導致患者出現亞臨床甲減的影響因素。結果：通過對導致糖尿病患者合并亞臨床甲減的危險因素進行分析，其中促甲狀腺激素、游離甲狀腺素、C反應蛋白、脈壓為導致患者合并亞臨床甲減的單因素（P
