不同馬鈴薯品種產(chǎn)量及營養(yǎng)品質(zhì)分析與評價(jià)

摘要:為篩選出優(yōu)質(zhì)高產(chǎn)馬鈴薯(Solanum tuberosum L.)新品種,采用等距分級法對8個(gè)參試馬鈴薯品種進(jìn)行產(chǎn)量和營養(yǎng)品質(zhì)綜合分析與評價(jià)。結(jié)果表明,中薯3號營養(yǎng)品質(zhì)最優(yōu),華薯16號產(chǎn)量最高,中薯685 綜合指數(shù)最高。綜合產(chǎn)量和營養(yǎng)品質(zhì)來看,中薯685為最優(yōu)品種,其次是華薯16號。

Analysis and evaluation of yield and nutritional quality of different potato varieties

Abstract: In order to select new potato(Solanum tuberosum L.) varieties with high quality and high yield, the yield and nutritional quality of 8 potato varieties were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated by isometric classification method. The results showed that Zhongshu No.3 had the best nutritional quality, Huashu No.16 had the highest yield, and Zhongshu 685 had the highest comprehensive index. From the perspective of comprehensive yield and nutritional quality, Zhongshu 685 was the best variety, followed by Huashu No. 16.

馬鈴薯(Solanum tuberosum L.)是繼水稻(Oryza sativa L.)、小麥(Triticum aestivum L.)和玉米(Zea mays L.)之后的世界第四大主要糧食作物[1],富含維生素、氨基酸、花青素等,營養(yǎng)價(jià)值高,享有“地下蘋果”和“第二面包”的稱號[2],也是惟一的塊莖類糧食作物[3]。(剩余6178字)
