In order to expand and enrich the traditional full-color painting technique of Hailao porcelain restoration and improve the application status of traditional ceramic restoration materials， this paper combines the background color technique with the use of water-soluble ceramic restoration glaze in practical work， summarizes the environmental protection concept as the basis， explores the environment-friendly and practical full-color painting and painting restoration method， and discusses the inheritance and innovation of traditional restoration technology. It provides useful inspiration and reference for future repair work and application， and also has certain reference value.

為了拓展和豐富傳統(tǒng)海撈瓷修復(fù)全色接筆技術(shù)，提升傳統(tǒng)陶瓷修復(fù)材料的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀，本文在實(shí)踐工作中運(yùn)用底色技術(shù)與水溶性陶瓷修復(fù)釉使用方法相結(jié)合，總結(jié)出以環(huán)保理念為基礎(chǔ)，探索出環(huán)保實(shí)用的全色、接筆的修復(fù)方法，對傳統(tǒng)修復(fù)的技術(shù)繼承與創(chuàng)新進(jìn)行了探討。（剩余3276字）
