In April 2023 with the most beautiful scenery， Shanghai Pe-ony Culture Festival will once again amaze the people， echo-ing with the peony festivals in Luoyang City， Henan Prov-ince， and Heze City， Shandong Province.

Tang Zhaoji， reputed as “Master of Peony Paint-ing”， serves as main designer of Shanghai Peony Cul-ture Festival.
