——以浙經(jīng)院市場營銷專業(yè)為例
摘 要:文章提出“職業(yè)院校主導(dǎo)型”現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的具體含義,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析其運行中需要解決的關(guān)鍵問題,包括主體地位、資金來源以及學(xué)員的角色定位等。最后分析職業(yè)院校主導(dǎo)型現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的優(yōu)勢,并以我院市場營銷專業(yè)為例,展現(xiàn)其具體實踐路徑。

Abstract: This paper puts forward the specific meaning of the modern apprenticeship system dominated by vocational colleges, and on this basis, analyses the key problems to be solved in its operation, including the main body status, sources of funds and the role orientation of students. Finally, it analyses the advantages of modern apprenticeship dominated by vocational colleges, and takes our marketing major as an example to analyze the specific development path.

一、“職業(yè)院校主導(dǎo)型”現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的含義
現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制是一種在國家制度和法律保障前提下,將傳統(tǒng)的學(xué)徒培訓(xùn)方式與現(xiàn)代學(xué)校教育有機(jī)結(jié)合,由學(xué)校與企業(yè)共同培養(yǎng)技術(shù)技能人才的職業(yè)教育制度設(shè)計或職業(yè)教育形式。(剩余6806字)
