摘    要：為提高維護(hù)海洋權(quán)益和海洋安全的綜合能力，海警實(shí)戰(zhàn)化訓(xùn)練進(jìn)一步深入開展，艦船生命力遇到了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。分析實(shí)戰(zhàn)化訓(xùn)練中海警艦船生命力存在的主要問(wèn)題，提出全面保持和提高艦船生命力的應(yīng)對(duì)策略，為圓滿完成各項(xiàng)任務(wù)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。

Challenges and Countermeasures for the Vitality of Coast

Guard Ships under Actual Combat Conditions

Abstract： With the escalation of the competition for national maritime interests and the expansion of the mission of the armed police force， coast guard ships are facing many challenges. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the vitality of coast guard ships in actual combat training， and puts forward coping strategies to maintain and improve the vitality of ships in an all-round way， so as to lay a solid foundation for the successful completion of various tasks.

1     引言

所謂實(shí)戰(zhàn)化訓(xùn)練，就是以實(shí)戰(zhàn)需求為準(zhǔn)則，以使命課題為牽引，在近似實(shí)戰(zhàn)的條件下，針對(duì)對(duì)手作戰(zhàn)規(guī)律、原則及可能發(fā)生的變化，提出作戰(zhàn)實(shí)際需求，進(jìn)行針對(duì)性訓(xùn)練[1]。（剩余5276字）
