摘    要：本文以某船舶外場(chǎng)EH36鋼材的智能化焊接法為例，對(duì)智能焊接機(jī)器人工藝在船舶外場(chǎng)焊接中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行分析。希望通過(guò)本次的分析，可以為智能焊接機(jī)器人的合理應(yīng)用與此項(xiàng)焊接工藝質(zhì)量的提升提供一定參考。

Ship Outfield Intelligent Robot Welding Technology and

Abstract： This article takes the intelligent welding method of EH36 steel in a certain ship's external field as an example to analyze the application of intelligent welding robot technology in ship external field welding. I hope that this analysis can provide some reference for the rational application of intelligent welding robots and the improvement of welding process quality.

1     引言

在對(duì)船舶外場(chǎng)的EH36鋼材進(jìn)行智能化焊接時(shí)，工作人員首先需要對(duì)智能焊接機(jī)器人做到充分了解，明確其主要的應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢(shì)；然后再結(jié)合實(shí)際情況，進(jìn)行智能焊接機(jī)器人焊接工藝評(píng)定；并以此為依據(jù)，采取合理的措施來(lái)控制其焊接質(zhì)量。（剩余4075字）
