船舶強(qiáng)光執(zhí)法設(shè)備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)現(xiàn)狀及展望

摘    要：本文概述了船舶強(qiáng)光執(zhí)法設(shè)備組成以及國(guó)內(nèi)外標(biāo)準(zhǔn)現(xiàn)狀，給出了強(qiáng)光執(zhí)法設(shè)備在船舶上應(yīng)用的具體案例?，F(xiàn)行的船舶強(qiáng)光執(zhí)法設(shè)備應(yīng)用案例對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范制定提出了要求，應(yīng)用案例對(duì)對(duì)應(yīng)強(qiáng)光執(zhí)法設(shè)備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的編寫(xiě)和制定有一定的參考和支撐作用。

Study on Present State and Perspectives of Standard for Ship’s Strong Light Law Enforcement Equipment

Abstract： This paper summarized an overview of the composition as well as domestic and foreign standards for ship’s strong light law enforcement equipment. The specific application cases of strong light law enforcement equipment on ships are given. The current application of strong light law enforcement equipment on ships has put forward requirement for standard formulation. The application cases of strong light law enforcement equipment on ships provides certain reference and support for standard specifications formulation.

強(qiáng)光執(zhí)法設(shè)備具有周界目標(biāo)搜索跟蹤、執(zhí)法取證、強(qiáng)光探照、激光眩目等功能，可對(duì)非法可疑目標(biāo)進(jìn)行強(qiáng)光警告、爆閃等驅(qū)趕[1-3]或驅(qū)離，日?？杉骖櫵阉鲯吆！㈤W光通信功能，具有全天候、速度快、覆蓋面廣、視距范圍大、圖像穩(wěn)定清晰、探照距離照射距離遠(yuǎn)的特點(diǎn)。（剩余3777字）
