摘    要：本文結(jié)合招商局重工（江蘇）有限公司建造的5000t重吊船項(xiàng)目的20m直徑超大型吊機(jī)法蘭的機(jī)加工作業(yè)過(guò)程，探討超大型吊機(jī)法蘭機(jī)加工工藝流程及實(shí)施過(guò)程中的控制要點(diǎn)，為類似項(xiàng)目提供借鑒。

Abstract： Based on the machining process of 20 m diameter super large crane flanges in the 5 000 t heavy crane project built by China Merchants Heavy Industry （Jiangsu） Co.， Ltd.， this paper discusses the machining process of super large crane flanges and the control points in the implementation process， in order to provide reference for similar projects.
