摘    要:本文介紹了某2750TEU集裝箱船,利用半潛駁在港池內(nèi)進(jìn)行下水的分析及計(jì)算。由于受港池水深及半潛駁下潛能力的限制,船舶下水時(shí)的艏艉吃水差受到了嚴(yán)格限制,需要調(diào)整船舶下水浮態(tài),在調(diào)整浮態(tài)時(shí)增大了船底結(jié)構(gòu)與塢墩的受力,因此打壓載水的時(shí)機(jī)也受到了限制。

Abstract: This paper introduces the analysis and calculation of a 2 750 TEU container ship launching in the harbor basin with a semi-submersible barge. Due to the limitation of the depth of the harbor basin and the submergence ability of the semi-submersible barge, the trim of the ship when launching is strictly limited. So it is necessary to adjust the floating condition of the ship when launching. When adjusting the ship floating condition with ballast water, the force between the docking block and the bottom structure is increased. So the time for ballasting is also limited.

1     前言

目前大型船舶的下水,一般采用兩種方法:一種是在干船塢內(nèi)建造的船舶和海工平臺(tái),出塢前在船塢內(nèi)放水直至船舶和海工平臺(tái)起浮到一定安全高度后,打開(kāi)塢門(mén)利用拖船將船舶從船塢拖至碼頭;另一種是在水平船臺(tái)建造的大型船舶和海洋平臺(tái),一般采用若干臺(tái)液壓頂升小車將船舶頂起沿軌道轉(zhuǎn)移至半潛駁,半潛駁注入壓載水實(shí)現(xiàn)船舶起浮。(剩余2979字)
