產(chǎn)后抑郁產(chǎn)婦實施心理護理對負性情緒的影響觀察

摘 要： 目的 探究產(chǎn)后抑郁產(chǎn)婦實行心理護理的效果。方法 將2022年8月—2023年7月納入的產(chǎn)婦作為研究對象，共計62人，按照抽簽的形式均分產(chǎn)婦，分為對照組（常規(guī)護理）與觀察組（常規(guī)護理+心理護理），對產(chǎn)婦在經(jīng)護理之后，對其結果數(shù)值匯總分析。結果 產(chǎn)婦在經(jīng)護理前，產(chǎn)婦的情緒分值偏高，同時產(chǎn)婦的生活質(zhì)量偏低，數(shù)值比較之后，P>0.05；觀察組經(jīng)護理之后，產(chǎn)婦的負面情緒問題得到緩解，其分值逐漸降低，同時產(chǎn)婦的生活質(zhì)量逐漸提高，睡眠質(zhì)量也明顯增高，分值比較之后，P

Observation of the Impact of Implementing Psychological Care on Negative Emotions in Postpartum Depressed Women

Abstract： Objective To explore the effect of implementing psychological care for postpartum depressed parturients. Method A total of 62 parturients who were included in the study from August 2022 to July 2023 were randomly divided into a control group （routine care） and an observation group （routine care+psychological care）. After receiving care， the results were summarized and analyzed. Result Before receiving nursing care， the emotional score of the parturient was higher， and the quality of life of the parturient was lower. After comparing the values， P>0.05； After the observation group received nursing care， the negative emotional problems of the postpartum women were alleviated， and their scores gradually decreased.
