中醫(yī)針推治療腰椎間盤突出癥的臨床療效分析

摘 要： 目的 分析中醫(yī)針推治療腰椎間盤突出癥的臨床療效。方法 選取100例腰椎間盤突出癥患者作為研究對(duì)象，收治時(shí)間為2022年2月—2023年2月。采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為兩組：對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組均為50例。觀察組患者接受中醫(yī)針推治療；對(duì)照組患者接受常規(guī)藥物治療。對(duì)比兩組臨床療效。結(jié)果經(jīng)過(guò)治療，觀察組治療總有效率、VAS評(píng)分、JOA評(píng)分、TNF-α、hsCRP、-6（IL-6）均顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，組間差異顯著（P

Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medical Acupuncture and Massage in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Abstract： Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medical acupuncture and massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Method 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected as research subjects with the treatment period from February 2022 to February 2023. The patients were divided into two groups by the random number table method： the control group and the observation group， with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group received traditional Chinese medical acupuncture and massage treatment， and patients in the control group received routine medication treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.
