老年頭痛的分型及治療現(xiàn)狀

［摘要］頭痛是常見的神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)癥狀，其反復(fù)發(fā)作的特點(diǎn)嚴(yán)重影響了老年患者的生活質(zhì)量。老年患者由于自身基礎(chǔ)病等特點(diǎn)，在頭痛的管理策略上與中青年人群有所不同。本文擬對老年患者中常見的原發(fā)性頭痛和繼發(fā)性頭痛的分型和治療策略作一綜述，為安全、有效和系統(tǒng)地診治老年頭痛提供理論基礎(chǔ)。

［Abstract］Headache stands out as one of the prevalent symptoms affecting the nervous system，significantly impacting the quality of life，particularly in elderly individuals.The recurrent nature of headaches poses a substantial challenge for the well-being of the elderly，and the management of head pain in this demographic requires a distinctive approach owing to their underlying health conditions and unique characteristics.This article endeavors to comprehensively review both primary and secondary headaches commonly observed in elderly patients.Additionally， it delves into the diagnostic methodologies and treatment strategies specific to this age group.The overarching objective is to establish a theoretical foundation for the secure，efficacious，and systematic diagnosis and management of headaches in the elderly，thus contributing to improved overall patient care.

頭痛是最常見的神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)癥狀之一，可分為原發(fā)性頭痛和繼發(fā)性頭痛兩類，原發(fā)性頭痛又可以分為緊張型頭痛（Tension-type headache，TTH）、偏頭痛等， 其遷延反復(fù)等特點(diǎn)，為患者帶來很大痛苦［1］。（剩余9164字）
