基于EHR平臺的醫(yī)院人事檔案管理問題和對策探究
摘 要:本文以EHR平臺上醫(yī)院人事檔案管理為切入點(diǎn),深入探究檔案管理創(chuàng)新的途徑與方式,通過對EHR平臺上醫(yī)院人事檔案管理工作特點(diǎn)的了解,研究和發(fā)現(xiàn)醫(yī)院人事檔案管理難題,并提出針對性的對策與方法,以期能夠提升醫(yī)院檔案管理的痕跡學(xué)水平,促使醫(yī)院人事檔案管理工作邁上新的臺階。

Abstract: This article takes the hospital personnel file management on the EHR platform as the entry point, and explores the innovative ways and methods of file management. Through the understanding of the characteristics of hospital personnel file management on the EHR platform, it studies the problems of hospital personnel file management, and proposes targeted countermeasures. It is hoped that the methods can improve the level of trace science of hospital Archives management and promote the management of hospital personnel Archives to a new level.
