企業(yè)電子文件在線歸檔創(chuàng)新實踐探索

摘  要：針對中石化面臨的檔案數(shù)據(jù)爆炸式增長態(tài)勢，解析線下歸檔模式存在的現(xiàn)實問題，探討了運用數(shù)字化技術實現(xiàn)華北油氣分公司電子文件在線歸檔的創(chuàng)新實踐，提出了構建數(shù)據(jù)資源池、前置內(nèi)嵌規(guī)范、可信性與安全性保障等方面的創(chuàng)新舉措，以此推進企業(yè)檔案現(xiàn)代化管理進程。

Abstract： In view of the explosive growth of archives data faced by Sinopec， this paper analyzes the practical problems existing in the offline archive mode， discusses the innovative practice of using digital technology to realize the online archive of electronic documents of North China Oil and Gas Branch， and proposes the construction of a data resource pool， pre-embedded innovation measures in the aspects of standardization， reliability and security， so as to promote the modernization management process of enterprise archives.
