Construction of perioperative nursing and postoperative complication prevention plan for transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt

Abstract Objective：To construct perioperative nursing and postoperative complication prevention plan for transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt（TIPS）.Methods：Literature were retrieved，item pool of perioperative nursing and postoperative complication prevention plan for TIPS was formed based on evidence?based results.Delphi expert inquiry was conducted to construct perioperative nursing and postoperative complication prevention plan for TIPS.Results：The constructed perioperative nursing and postoperative complication prevention plan for TIPS included 5 first?level indicators（preoperative nursing、intraoperative nursing、postoperative nursing、prevention and nursing of intraoperative complications、prevention and nursing of postoperative complications），16 second-level indicators and 43 third-level indicators.2 rounds of expert inquiry were conducted，with both questionnaire response rate of 100.0%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.805 and 0.835，respectively.The Kendall's W were 0.258 and 0.339，respectively（both P<0.01）.The coefficient of variation for all indicators in the second round of expert inquiry was less than 0.200.Conclusion：The constructed perioperative nursing and postoperative complication prevention plan for TIPS is scientific and reliable，it can provide reference for perioperative nursing and postoperative complication prevention of TIPS.
