果蔬保鮮包裝技術的應用研究
摘 要:保鮮包裝是果蔬在貯運過程中保持優(yōu)良品質、預防機械損傷的重要手段之一,其作用機制主要是降低果蔬自身的呼吸作用、蒸騰作用,抑制病原微生物的侵害,提高果蔬品質,延長貨架期。本文綜述了氣調包裝、涂膜包裝、活性包裝、納米包裝等不同保鮮包裝對采后果蔬品質和貯藏特性的影響,旨在為采后果蔬的保鮮提供參考。

Research Progress on Application of Packaging Technology of Fresh Fruits and Vegetables

Abstract: Fresh-keeping packaging is one of the essential means to maintain the high quality of fruits and vegetables during storage and transportation, as well as to prevent mechanical damage. Its main mechanism is to reduce the respiration and transpiration of fruits and vegetables, inhibit the invasion of pathogenic microorganisms, improve the quality of fruits and vegetables, and extend the shelf life. This article reviewed the effects of various fresh-keeping packaging methods, including modified atmosphere packaging, film packaging, active packaging and nanotechnology packaging on the quality and storage characteristics of postharvest fruits and vegetables, aiming to provide insights for the preservation of postharvest fruits and vegetables.
