生物肥料基肥對生姜生長及姜黃素、姜辣素成分含量的影響

摘 要:為探究生姜基肥中施用生物菌肥配合有機肥實現(xiàn)化肥減量對農(nóng)藝性狀、產(chǎn)量、光合指標、土壤養(yǎng)分含量、姜黃素含量、姜辣素含量等的影響,以山東緬姜為供試品種,通過2年試驗,結果表明,生物菌肥配合有機肥替代化肥的處理1較其他3個處理提前進入苗期5~11 d,較CK(僅施化肥)提前4 d進入發(fā)棵期,在收獲期株幅、葉面積、分枝數(shù)、凈光合速率(Pn)均顯著大于CK,土壤的全氮、有效磷、速效鉀含量顯著高于CK,姜黃素、去甲氧基姜黃素含量高,鮮姜產(chǎn)量較CK增加27.09%,失重率最低(22.14%),化肥使用量減少30.00%

Effects of bio-fertilizer base fertilizer on ginger growth and composition of curcumin and gingerol

Abstract:In order to explore the effects of applying bio-fertilizer combined with organic fertilizer in ginger base fertilizer to achieve fertilizer reduction on agronomic traits, yield, photosynthetic indicators, soil nutrients, curcumin, and gingerol component, Shandong Myanmar ginger was used as the test variety, after two years of testing, the results show that compared with the other three treatments, the treatment 1 of replacing chemical fertilizers with bio-fertilizer and organic fertilizer entered the seedling stage 5 to 11 days earlier, it entered the growing stage 4 days earlier than CK, the plant width, leaf area, branch number, and net photosynthetic rate(Pn)were significantly higher than those of CK. The content of total nitrogen, available phosphorus, and available potassium in the soil was significantly higher than that of CK. The content of curcumin, demethoxycurcumin, was high. The fresh yield increased by 27.09% compared to CK, the lowest weight loss rate was 22.14%, and the amount of used fertilizer decreased by 30.0%.
