【摘    要】：為了解交通標(biāo)志板產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量水平，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，對(duì)交通標(biāo)志板產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量進(jìn)行抽查，針對(duì)抽樣基數(shù)和數(shù)量、產(chǎn)品標(biāo)志、外觀質(zhì)量缺陷、板面不平度、板面拼接縫、結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸和標(biāo)志面光度性能等檢查項(xiàng)目，探討注意事項(xiàng)與改進(jìn)方式。

【Abstract】：In order to understand thequality of traffic signsproducts and improve quality，this paper inspectstraffic sign plate product quality， and discusses the matters needing attention and improvement methods for the inspection items such as sampling base and quantity， product marking， appearance quality defects， the planeness of plate， the joint of plate， structural dimension and photometric characteristics of sign plateand the matters needing attention andimproving methods.

交通標(biāo)志對(duì)交通安全非常重要，它能夠起到警示、預(yù)告等重要作用[1]，是傳遞規(guī)范化信息、服務(wù)疏導(dǎo)交通的重要設(shè)施，對(duì)提高公路通行能力、改善車流行駛條件都具有十分重要的作用。（剩余4059字）
