后扶貧時代農(nóng)村多維防返貧治理困境與優(yōu)化路徑研究

摘要從歷史發(fā)展、地理位置、生態(tài)環(huán)境、人口資源4個主要方向出發(fā)，對農(nóng)村多維防返貧治理困境核心因素進行探索，提出農(nóng)村地區(qū)防返貧治理存在的困境和優(yōu)化治理路徑的對策，為后扶貧時代農(nóng)村地區(qū)鞏固拓展脫貧攻堅成果、穩(wěn)固脫貧基礎(chǔ)提供切實可行的政策建議。

AbstractStarting from the four main directions of historical development， geographical location， ecological environment， and population resources， this paper attempts to explore the core factors of the multi-dimensional poverty prevention and governance dilemma in rural areas， and proposes the existing difficulties in rural areas and the countermeasures to optimize the governance path. It provides practical policy suggestions for consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and consolidating the foundation of poverty alleviation in rural areas in the post-poverty alleviation era.
