創(chuàng)新視角下南通市高素質(zhì)農(nóng)民培育途徑研究

摘要 分析比較國內(nèi)外高素質(zhì)農(nóng)民培育的發(fā)展成效與舉措，總結(jié)南通市高素質(zhì)農(nóng)民培育的經(jīng)驗做法，剖析存在不足的原因，結(jié)合南通市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需求，從教育培訓(xùn)、跟蹤指導(dǎo)、政策扶持、體系建設(shè)等環(huán)節(jié)提出適合南通市實際的、具有較高理論研究坐標(biāo)和較強實踐指導(dǎo)意義的高素質(zhì)農(nóng)民培育途徑。

AbstractAnalyze and compare the development achievements and measures of cultivating high-quality farmers at home and abroad， summarize the experiences and practices of cultivating high-quality farmers in Nantong City， analyze the reasons for the shortcomings， and combine the development needs of Nantong’s agricultural industry to propose high-quality farmers cultivation approaches suitable for Nantong’s actual situation， with higher theoretical research coordinates and strong practical guidance significance from aspects of education and training， tracking guidance， policy support， system construction， and other aspects.
