不同配比基質(zhì)對(duì)牛蒡發(fā)芽及生長(zhǎng)的影響

摘要 以食用菌菌渣和蛭石不同配比為處理,研究了5種配比基質(zhì)對(duì)牛蒡發(fā)芽及生長(zhǎng)的影響。結(jié)果表明,在5種不同配比基質(zhì)中,以食用菌菌渣和蛭石(體積比)1∶4的配比基質(zhì)牛蒡發(fā)芽率、發(fā)芽勢(shì)較高,苗期生長(zhǎng)好,且采收期的產(chǎn)量也最高。綜合考慮,以食用菌菌渣和蛭石(體積比)1∶4最適于牛蒡栽培。

AbstractThe effects of five substrates with different ratios of mushroom bran and vermiculite on the germination and growth of Arctium lappa were studied. The results showed that the ratio of mushroom bran and vermiculite (volume ratio)1∶4 had higher germination rate and germination potential, better growth at seedling stage, and the highest yield at harvest stage. Comprehensive consideration, edible mushroom bran and vermiculite (volume ratio) 1∶4 was most suitable for burdock cultivation.
