除草劑殘留生物檢測研究進(jìn)展
摘要 土壤中除草劑殘留對環(huán)境有負(fù)面影響,相較于復(fù)雜的化學(xué)檢測方法,生物檢測法可以直觀快速地監(jiān)測除草劑殘留,預(yù)警潛在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。綜述了除草劑殘留生物檢測技術(shù)的研究進(jìn)展,分析存在的問題,展望今后的發(fā)展方向,為除草劑殘留快速檢測研究提供思路。

Abstract Herbicide residues in soil have a negative impact on the environment. Compared with complex chemical detection methods, bioassay can directly monitor herbicide residues and early warn potential risks. This paper reviews the research progress of herbicide residue bioassay technologies, and makes prospects for the future development direction, to provide ideas for rapid detection of herbicide residues.

農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中使用的除草劑大部分直接或間接進(jìn)入農(nóng)田土壤中[1],殘留在土壤不同深度空間[2],除草劑在土壤中的殘留既涉及除草劑的效果與持效期,又涉及對輪作的后茬作物的安全性[3]。(剩余11228字)
