“蝦稻連作”對糧食生產(chǎn)的影響研究——以湖北省為例
摘要 以湖北省為例,從糧食生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題入手,闡述了“蝦稻連作”模式對提升糧食質(zhì)量的重要意義,分析了“蝦稻連作”對糧食生產(chǎn)的有利影響和其面臨的困境,并就“蝦稻連作”的進(jìn)一步推廣以維護(hù)糧食安全提出對策建議。

Research on the Impact of Shrimp and Rice Continuous Cropping on Grain Production—A Case Study of Hubei Province

Abstract Taking Hubei Province as an example,starting from the status quo and existing problems of grain production, it expounds the importance of the “shrimp and rice continuous cropping” mode in improving grain quality, analyzes the beneficial effects of “shrimp and rice continuous cropping” on grain production and the difficulties it faces, and discusses the “shrimp and rice continuous cropping” model.Suggestions were put forward for further promotion of“continuous cropping of shrimp and rice” to maintain food security.
