摘要 本文從產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定性、生產(chǎn)效率、數(shù)據(jù)分析和管理能力等方面分析了醬香型白酒生產(chǎn)過程中亟待進(jìn)一步提高的環(huán)節(jié),闡述了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)各層次先進(jìn)技術(shù)在白酒生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)中的應(yīng)用,并設(shè)計(jì)一套醬香型白酒生產(chǎn)的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),為物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在醬香型白酒生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用提供參考。

Application of Internet of Things technology in the production of sauce-flavored liquor

Abstract The aspects that urgently require enhancement in the production process of sauce-flavored liquor were analyzed, including the stability of product quality, production efficiency, and the capabilities of data analysis and management. The application of advanced technologies at each level of the Internet of Things (IoT) in the liquor production process was discussed. Furthermore, an IoT application system architecture for the production of sauce-flavored liquor was designed, which serves as a reference for the application of IoT technology in the production of this type of liquor.
