鎘脅迫對(duì)3種蔬菜種子萌發(fā)及幼苗生長(zhǎng)的影響

摘 要:通過(guò)培養(yǎng)皿濾紙萌發(fā)試驗(yàn),研究不同濃度鎘脅迫(0、12.5、25、50、100、200mg/L)對(duì)3種蔬菜(小白菜、油麥菜和雪里蕻)種子萌發(fā)和幼苗生長(zhǎng)的影響。結(jié)果表明,雪里蕻和油麥菜的發(fā)芽率、發(fā)芽勢(shì)在鎘離子濃度12.5mg/L時(shí)呈不同程度的促進(jìn)效應(yīng),在200mg/L時(shí)表現(xiàn)為明顯的抑制效應(yīng),小白菜的發(fā)芽勢(shì)、發(fā)芽率在各濃度組間無(wú)顯著差異;油麥菜的發(fā)芽指數(shù)最高;活力指數(shù)變化依次為雪里蕻

Effects of Cadmium(Cd)on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Three Species of Vegetables

Abstract: The effects of Cd2+ with different concentrations(0, 12.5, 25, 50, 100, 200mg/L)on the germination and seedling growth of three vegetable seeds(Brassica juncea var.muLticeps, Lactuca sativa var longifoliaf. Lam and Brassica chinensis L.)were studied by Petri dish filter paper germination experiment.The results showed that 12.5mg/L Cd2+ could promote the germination rate and germination potential of B. juncea and L. sativa but 200mg/L Cd2+ showed obvious inhibitory effects.There was no significant difference in germination potential and germination rate of B.chinensis between different concentration groups.The germination index of L. sativa was the highest.The change of vitality index was B. juncea
