農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)助力鄉(xiāng)村振興的問題研究與優(yōu)化對(duì)策

——以芷村鎮(zhèn)枇杷產(chǎn)業(yè)為例

摘 要：農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)能保障農(nóng)戶生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)，是鄉(xiāng)村振興的支持保護(hù)制度。該文基于芷村枇杷產(chǎn)業(yè)政策性、商業(yè)性農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的案例分析，探尋其存在的問題，提出豐富保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)和險(xiǎn)種、簡(jiǎn)化手續(xù)、優(yōu)化服務(wù)、完善監(jiān)管體系、建立農(nóng)業(yè)再保險(xiǎn)制度等優(yōu)化對(duì)策，以期為農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)更好地助力鄉(xiāng)村振興提供參考。

——A Case Study of Loquat Industry in Zhicun Town

Abstract： Agricultural insurance can guarantee farmers' production and operation， and is a supporting and protecting system for rural revitalization. This paper uses the multi-case analysis method to list the policy cases of loquat industry and commercial agricultural insurance in Zhicun Town， find the existing problems， deeply explore the underlying reasons and influence mechanism， and offer some optimization countermeasures such as rich insurance business and coverage， simplify procedures， optimization services， perfect regulation system and establishing agricultural reinsurance system， in order to provide reference agricultural insurance to better help the country revitalization.
