摘 要:香菇營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值豐富,深受消費(fèi)者喜愛(ài),其深加工產(chǎn)品香菇脆片近年來(lái)逐步進(jìn)入了人們的生活。該文對(duì)近年來(lái)香菇脆片的研究進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的梳理和探討,為香菇脆片的開發(fā)應(yīng)用提供參考。

Abstract: Lentinus edodes are rich in nutritional value and are loved by consumers, its deep-processed food, Lentinus edodes chips have gradually entered people′s lives. For this reason, it is particularly important to systematically sort out and discuss the research and development of Lentinus edodes chips in recent years, and provide support and guidance for scientific research personnel, enterprise production, and mass consumption of Lentinus edodes chips.
