肝活檢在非酒精性脂肪性肝病診斷和臨床試驗中的價值

摘要：非酒精性脂肪性肝?。∟AFLD）構(gòu)成一系列以不同程度的肝細(xì)胞損傷、脂肪積聚、炎癥和纖維化為特征的組織學(xué)病變。目前，肝活檢被認(rèn)為是評估肝脂肪變性、炎癥程度和纖維化的“金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”，同時也是NAFLD精準(zhǔn)分級的基石。本文就肝活檢在NAFLD相關(guān)臨床診斷、分期及臨床試驗中的應(yīng)用價值作一綜述。

Abstract：Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD）constitutes a series of histological lesions characterized by varying degrees of hepatocyte damage，fat accumulation，inflammation，and fibrosis.Currently，liver biopsy is considered the“gold standard”for evaluating the degree of hepatic steatosis，inflammation，and fibrosis，and it also serves as the cornerstone for accurate grading of NAFLD.This article reviews the value and application of liver biopsy in the clinical diagnosis，staging，and clinical trials of NAFLD.
