《2024年REDISCOVER國際指南：交界可切除及局部晚期胰腺癌患者圍手術(shù)期管理》解讀

摘要：2024年7月REDISCOVER國際指南共識小組發(fā)布了《交界可切除及局部晚期胰腺癌手術(shù)患者圍手術(shù)期管理》，該規(guī)范基于目前臨床存在的問題，從循證醫(yī)學(xué)的角度出發(fā)，在交界可切除及局部晚期胰腺癌的診斷、分期及外科治療等方面提出的推薦性意見具有重要意義，本文對該指南進行解讀，以期更好地指導(dǎo)臨床。

Abstract：The REDISCOVER international guidelines on the perioperative care of surgical patients with borderline-resectable and locally advanced pancreatic cancer were released in July 2024，and based on the existing clinical challenges，the guidelines provide important recommendations for the diagnosis，staging，and surgical treatment of borderline-resectable and locally advanced pancreatic cancer from an evidence-based perspective.This article gives an interpretation of the guidelines，in order to better guide clinical practice.
