高速角接觸球軸承性能仿真及應(yīng)用研究

摘 要:為了在軸承使用前分析研判其在特定工況下的承載工作能力,基于某型高速角接觸球軸承的特定工況,分別從急加減速過(guò)程、非穩(wěn)態(tài)工作時(shí)潤(rùn)滑狀態(tài)、保持架動(dòng)態(tài)特性和強(qiáng)度、最佳預(yù)緊力等4個(gè)方面開(kāi)展仿真研究,針對(duì)出現(xiàn)的影響軸承穩(wěn)定工作的現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)該型軸承的實(shí)際工程使用給出了合理化建議。

Abstract:In order to analyze and evaluate the loading capability of bearings proir to their use under specific working conditions, based on a certain type of high speed angular contact ball bearings in the performance of the specific conditions, conducts simulation research respectively in terms of sharp deceleration process, unsteady lubrication state, maintained dynamic characteristics and strength and best pre-tightening force. The phenomenons affecting steady working of the bearrings are analyzed and the rationalisation proposals for the actual engineering use of the bearings of this type are given.

隨著航空機(jī)械的發(fā)展,航空用轉(zhuǎn)子類(lèi)部件轉(zhuǎn)速有逐漸提高的趨勢(shì),通常也伴隨著愈發(fā)惡劣的使用工況,這就對(duì)作為關(guān)鍵支承部件的軸承提出了更高的使用要求[1-3]。(剩余5047字)
