摘 要：針對中國出口東盟的貿(mào)易情況、急需出臺對策來化解技術(shù)性阻礙，促進外貿(mào)向好發(fā)展。本文闡述了東盟技術(shù)性貿(mào)易措施對河北省出口的影響及對策研究，結(jié)合未來市場競爭走向，加強河北省技貿(mào)措施應(yīng)對工作，最終實現(xiàn)以外貿(mào)出口帶動河北經(jīng)濟增長。

Abstract： In view of the situation of China’s export to the ASEAN， it is necessary to implement practical measures to deal with ASEAN’s technical barriers to trade and promote the development of foreign trade. This paper expounds the infl uence of the ASEAN technical trade measures on the export of Hebei Province and the research on countermeasures. Combined with the trend of market competition in the future， the response to technical trade measures in Hebei Province should be strengthened， so as to realize the economic growth of Hebei Province driven by foreign trade exports.
