省級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)院科技論文的統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析

——基于中國(guó)知網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)

摘 要：本文以31家省級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)院在中國(guó)知網(wǎng)上刊載的科技論文相關(guān)指標(biāo)為研究對(duì)象，統(tǒng)計(jì)分析了這些單位的關(guān)聯(lián)名稱和不同年度發(fā)表科技論文的情況，最后通過(guò)指標(biāo)對(duì)比分析法對(duì)比分析了這些單位的科技論文發(fā)表能力并進(jìn)行綜合排名。統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果顯示：經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)省份發(fā)表科技論文能力明顯優(yōu)于其他省份。

Statistics and Analysis of Scientifi c and Technological Papers of Provincial Standards Institutes

Abstract： This paper takes the relevant indicators of scientific and technological papers published by 31 provincial standards institutes on CNKI as the research object， statistically analyzes the related names of these institutes and the situation of scientifi c and technological papers published in different years， and fi nally compares the capability of these institutes publishing papers， and makes a comprehensive ranking by using the indicator comparison analysis method. The statistical results show that the capability of publishing papers of institutes in economically developed provinces is much better than that of other provinces.

1 引 言

近年來(lái)，中央深改辦將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作改革納入到重點(diǎn)工作，隨著《深化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作改革方案》和國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系建設(shè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃的相繼出臺(tái)，省級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)院作為地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作的重要支撐，正發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用。（剩余2592字）
