摘 要：基于海上風(fēng)電工程建設(shè)的特點(diǎn)，參考現(xiàn)有的國家和行業(yè)質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范，結(jié)合海上風(fēng)電建設(shè)質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收實(shí)施的現(xiàn)狀，對海上風(fēng)電工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的完善和工程實(shí)踐進(jìn)行討論并提出建議。

Discussion on Quality Acceptance Standard for Offshore Wind Power Projects

Abstract： Based on the construction characteristics of offshore wind power projects， referring to the existing national and industrial quality acceptance standards and specifi cations， the paper discusses how to improve the quality acceptance standards for offshore wind power projects and its practice， and gives suggestions combined with the status quo of the quality acceptance of offshore wind power projects.

在國家能源安全和全球氣候變化面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn)的背景下，我國大力發(fā)展可再生能源，并相繼出臺(tái)了《中華人民共和國可再生能源法》《促進(jìn)風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展實(shí)施意見》《關(guān)于可再生能源發(fā)展“十三五”規(guī)劃實(shí)施的指導(dǎo)意見》等一系列法規(guī)政策。（剩余4072字）
