印染廢水處理工藝設計與分析

摘要:以某工業(yè)園區(qū)污水處理廠為例,對印染廢水的水質和水量特點進行分析,提出解決方案,并進一步進行工藝設計。經實際運行后發(fā)現(xiàn),該污水處理廠出水水質可以穩(wěn)定達標,取得良好的經濟效益。

Abstract: Taking a sewage treatment plant in an industrial park as an example, this paper analyzes the key and difficult points of the water quality and quantity characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater, proposes solutions, and further designs the process. After actual operation, it was found that the effluent quality of the sewage treatment plant can stably meet the standard. It was found that the sewage treatment plant can achieve good economic benefits.

印染是指對紡織材料進行物理或化學處理過程的總稱,印染過程中包括產生前處理廢水、染色廢水、脫水廢水以及印花廢水等多種污廢水,因其水質不一且水量常處于波動狀態(tài),難以處理。(剩余2822字)
