“農(nóng)光互補(bǔ)”項(xiàng)目的環(huán)境效益及主要環(huán)境問題研究

摘要:發(fā)展“農(nóng)光互補(bǔ)”項(xiàng)目能帶來經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和環(huán)境效益,其碳減排效益顯著,但也不可避免地產(chǎn)生不良環(huán)境影響。以某“農(nóng)光互補(bǔ)”項(xiàng)目為例,開展環(huán)境影響評價,提出環(huán)境影響減緩措施??傮w來說,要進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化監(jiān)管,持續(xù)完善“農(nóng)光互補(bǔ)”項(xiàng)目環(huán)境影響評價審批流程。

Study on the Environmental Benefits and Major Environmental Issues of the “Agriculture-Photovoltaic Complementary” Projects

Abstract: The development of “agriculture-photovoltaic complementary” projects can bring economic and environmental benefits, with significant carbon reduction benefits, but it also inevitably produces adverse environmental impacts. Taking a certain “agriculture-photovoltaic complementary” project as an example, the environmental impact assessment is conducted, and the measures are proposed to mitigate environmental impacts. Overall, it is necessary to further strengthen supervision and continuously improve the approval process for environmental impact assessment of the “agriculture-photovoltaic complementary” projects.
